Legal Secretary/Paralegal with at least 3 years workers' comp experience wanted for workers' compensation practice group in North Hills law firm. Duties include transcription, billing, filing, scheduling/calendaring, client contact, follow-up on requests made to doctors, vocational experts, and with the Department of Labor's Office of Workers' Compensation Program, and process mail. Applicant also expected to answer phones on occasion in a professional manner. Must have strong typing skills. Experience with TimeMatters and Quick & Easy is a plus.
Position is full-time (M-F 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Paid Time Off. Holidays off.
