Maxim Health Collection Supervisor in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Maxim Health has a new opening to Supervise the Collections team by supporting staff to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts to maximize cash flow.
Bachelor?s in business or healthcare administration preferred.
Minimum of 3 years experience in medical collections and understanding of HCFA-xxxx claim forms and re-billing process.
Minimum of 1 year supervisory or leadership experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with an intermediate knowledge level of Excell
Experience working with all payer types to include Medicare, Medicaid, and third party commercial insurance companies
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under strict deadline
